According to the National Association of Realtors, 80% of buyer’s agents said that staging made it easier for buyers to imagine themselves living in the home, if you want to make your home look like a supermodel consider staging it!  Home staging in Central Oregon has become increasingly popular to help people visualize and define the space within the walls and since more buyers decide from online photos which homes to see in person, staged homes climb to the top of their lists.

I do have to say that my style of staging isn’t the standard beige & grey furnishings, just filling the space for photos. A little more thought goes into the design and function of the room, how we want to illustrate it, and where to add flair for mass appeal. I am not afraid of the quirky, or challenging projects and consider myself lucky to get to work with other real estate agents from Bend, Redmond and Prineville in setting the scene inside the home for buyers to see the true potential of each room! We want to create a home that buyers remember, highlighting features and adding style and color for a lasting impression.

Pricing averages about $1.50 per sq ft of entire home for the Initial 60-day period. Rental rates for additional months are 10% of the first month’s cost, billed monthly. Contact us for consultation, a la carte and artisan package options are available.
