Refinished Furniture

Refinished, Repurposed, Resale.

I love creating and sometimes it’s art on furniture.  More than just furniture flipping, I select otherwise discarded furniture and repurpose it or just revive with paint and embellishment. With so many quality pieces already cycling out in the world, I like to reuse those old solid models and give them new life that updates their look.  My hopes are to get them to be desired again and keep furniture out of our landfills.  Some items are specifically chosen (and given a name) for me to do a painting technique I want or to design for someone else. Please take a look at the following pieces and their before and after pictures.  Some furniture is something I have used in staging also.  I can take custom orders and we can come up with a plan to find you something useful or I can revamp a piece of furniture you already have!  Most of my refinished furniture is listed for sale on the local Bend Marketplace on Facebook as I do not have a storefront.

In most cases, my art is therapeutic as I can instantly see what I would do to a piece of furniture in its makeover.  I have visions of what something could be.  These pieces often make great gifts as they are custom, but some go to be statement pieces in homes and even on display in local commercial buildings!  I try NOT to do typical furniture rehab, more bold, contrasting color schemes, some completely custom and others to highlight the natural woods and shape.
